Flair AC provides air conditioning and refrigeration installation, repair and servicing across South Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas. This notice explains what happens to your personal information when you get in touch with us through this website.

When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect whatever you enter into it: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the message you send us. We don't collect any other personal information about visitors to this site, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use the information you submit for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry about air conditioning or refrigeration installation, repair, or servicing. We won't use your details for marketing, and we won't sell or pass them on to anyone else except as described below.

How your enquiry is delivered to us

This site's contact form is handled by a third-party form service, Formspree, which securely receives your submission and forwards it to us by email. Formspree processes this information on our behalf and keeps a copy of submissions in line with its own privacy policy, available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages and contact details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and handle any related work, and we delete or archive older enquiries periodically once they're no longer needed.

Your rights
